Pack with Care

Place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

Label and Ship

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
